Job Description:
- Manage the rollout of SF PMGM across the organization. Ensure that the performance management process is completed seamlessly for all staff at head office, factories, and sales force.
- Develop comprehensive and competitive Reward Programs for the group companies enhancing our ability to attract top talent.
- Periodic analysis of our C&B to assess our market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness
- Development of new HR policies and review of the existing ones through external market analysis to address any expectation gaps
- Manage salary surveys with prior experience of working on salary surveys preferably with Mercer.
Requirement:
- Mandatory experience of working on SF PMGM in a Manufacturing Environment
- Experience with salary surveys and ability to understand salary data
- Strong knowledge of salary practices/legal regulations of the country
- Proactive, self-directed and resourceful
