Electropolymers Private Limited is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance function and ensure the reliability, availability, safety, and cost-effective performance of plant machinery, production equipment, utilities, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead preventive, predictive, corrective & condition-based maintenance
- Drive equipment reliability, RCA, FMEA, TPM, Kaizen & continuous improvement
- Manage breakdowns, shutdowns, overhauls, commissioning & plant utilities
- Control maintenance OPEX/CAPEX and optimize maintenance costs
- Manage MRO spares, equipment criticality, vendors, OEMs & service agreements
- Ensure EHS, fire & safety, quality and regulatory compliance
- Maintain CMMS/ERP records and monitor key maintenance KPIs
- Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of relevant industrial maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, utilities, electrical systems, automation
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
