PROJECT-BASED RECRUITMENT

Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), under the Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for recruitment against the following project-based positions on an open-merit basis, purely on contract: –

1. Position: Senior Site Engineer

No. of Positions: 2
Station: Islamabad-1, Karachi-1
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university, with atleast (05) years of relevant experience. Valid registration with the PEC is mandatory.
Monthly Salary (Lumpsum): 300,000
Minimum Age: 30 years

2. Position: Site Engineer (Civil)

No. of Positions: 5
Station: Islamabad-3, Karachi-2
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university, with atleast (02) years of relevant experience. Valid registration with PEC is mandatory.
Monthly Salary (Lumpsum): 150,000
Minimum Age: 25 years

3. Position: Project Coordinator

No. of Positions: 2
Station: Islamabad-1, Karachi-1
Qualification: Masters in Construction Management/ Project Management from an HEC-recognized university with atleast 02 years of relevant experience
Monthly Salary (Lumpsum): 150,000
Minimum Age: 25 years

4. Position: Sub-Engineer Civil

No. of Positions: 7
Station: Islamabad-4, Karachi-3
Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized Board of Technical Education, preferably with at least two (02) years of relevant experience.
Monthly Salary (Lumpsum): 100,000
Minimum Age: 25 years

5. Position: Admn. / Finance Assistant

No. of Positions: 4
Station: Islamabad-2, Karachi-2
Qualification: Bachelors Degree with relevant experience
Monthly Salary (Lumpsum): 100,000
Minimum Age: 25 years

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All appointments shall be made purely on a project-based contractual basis and shall not confer any entitlement to the perks and benefits admissible to PIDCL’s employees against sanctioned positions.
Candidates must possess the requisite qualifications, relevant experience and other eligibility criteria prescribed for the respective positions.
Interested candidates shall apply through National Job Portal www.njp.gov.pk.
Only candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria shall be considered for interviews.
No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the interviews.
