Job Description:
- Ensure product & process compliance to defined customer/ company specifications.
- Verifying daily manufacturing records and product Dispatch Quality Assurance.
- Identifying, handling & Trending any non-compliance/ non-conformances in process, product or procedures implementation.
- Ensuring Food Safety, GMP, hygiene and sanitation is maintained throughout the product flow.
- Involved in conducting Line/ process validations/ Qualifications for defined HACCP, Process & Product Specifications.
- Conducting risk assessments & internal quality food safety audits
- Managing Quality Inspectors on the floor and supervising them for their job
Skills:
- Process improvement skill
- Quality with Cost saving ideas
- Statistical hands-on like SPCs, Minitab, Graphing, Trending
- Quality Food Safety Certifications (preferred)
- Conflict Management – relevant to process issues
- Any other Quality related skill are welcome.
Duty Timings: Day & Night shift (rotation based)
