Nishat Hotel Islamabad is looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team and lead MICE business development.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certification will be an advantage.
- 8 -10 years of relevant experience in MICE Sales, Event Management, Corporate Sales, Hospitality Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in developing corporate accounts and generating new MICE business will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute MICE sales strategies to achieve departmental revenue and business development targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate, association, government, exhibition, and event segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, travel management companies, destination management companies, and other key business partners.
- Handle inquiries and requirements for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, incentives, corporate events, and group functions.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, packages, and event plans based on client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of MICE leads, opportunities, proposals, confirmed events, revenue, and client communications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, corporate event requirements, and emerging MICE opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong MICE client database and ensure regular engagement with existing and prospective accounts.
