QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERENCES
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred Master’s) in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- 2-3+ years of supervisory experience
- Proven proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and team leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate, real-time inventory tracking to prevent stockouts and shrinkage.
- Conduct daily data evaluations and routine physical audits to identify and resolve stock variances immediately.
- Direct daily store activities to ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Supervise store assistants and officers to optimize daily productivity, workflow efficiency, and task execution.
- Generate regular inventory status, variance, and performance reports for senior management review.
- Design and implement inventory control strategies to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and reduce carrying costs.
- Coordinate seamlessly across internal departments to support uninterrupted supply chain operations.
