We’re looking for a 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐄-𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞 & 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 – 𝐃𝐓𝐂 to take ownership of our Shopify ecosystem from store build and SKU onboarding to site performance, checkout experience, and conversion optimization.

You’ll work at the intersection of 𝐞-𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞, 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲, 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡, connecting category, creative, supply chain, and DTC teams to build a seamless customer journey.

If you have 3+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐟𝐲/𝐞-𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, understand large product catalogs, and know how to turn a storefront into a high-performing DTC channel, let’s connect.

We Are Hiring! Lead E-commerce & Growth Operations

Owns the technical and operational backbone of the Utopia DTC Shopify store, from initial build and the migration of the Home and Kitchen catalog off Amazon, through to ongoing site management, catalog integrity, checkout experience, and conversion optimization. Acts as the primary operational liaison between the DTC team and the Amazon category heads, translating the DTC visual and content standards into a working product catalog. This role is the connective tissue between brand strategy, category teams, and a functioning storefront.

What We’re Looking For:

3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
Experience with Shopify store launches, replatforming, and large SKU catalogs.
Strong understanding of DTC operations, including fulfillment, inventory allocation & returns management.
Strong understanding of product data structuring, inventory, and catalog management.
Familiarity with Shopify apps, Liquid/HTML troubleshooting, and website QA.
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
