Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to drive CandyLand’s sales growth, strengthen its market presence, and lead high-performing sales teams across Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with business objectives.
Expand product availability and market coverage across the assigned territory.
Manage and develop distributors to ensure efficient supply chain performance and market execution.
Lead and monitor Territory Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and Order Bookers.
Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, merchandising initiatives, and visibility programs.
Leverage market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to enhance market share, numeric and weighted distribution, and sales productivity.
Maintain healthy stock levels, ensure timely order fulfillment, and manage receivables in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
5-7 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector
Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive execution excellence
Strong understanding of market analysis and business development
