Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Deputy Manager / Manager – Renewable Energy Asset Performance to oversee renewable energy assets, optimize operational performance, and drive continuous improvements across solar PV and battery energy storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operation and performance of renewable energy assets, including Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and other renewable energy technologies.
Act as the primary interface between factory stakeholders, senior management, O&M contractors, and service providers to ensure effective coordination and operational continuity.
Monitor equipment availability, reliability, and maintenance schedules, ensuring preventive maintenance is carried out in line with approved procedures, manufacturer recommendations, industry standards, and contractual requirements.
Prepare timely daily and monthly reports covering generation, operational performance, availability, outages, incidents, and maintenance activities, and support the development of dashboards and performance analytics.
Monitor contractual deliverables and ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, quality, and statutory requirements across all assets.
Promote and uphold a strong safety culture across operational activities and among service providers.
Ensure project and operational documentation is maintained in accordance with established document control procedures.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve asset availability, energy yield, reliability, operational efficiency, and long-term asset value through asset-specific improvement plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics from a reputable institute
8–10 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems, particularly Solar PV, BESS, and SCADA
Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights
Strong operational and managerial skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Adaptability to evolving market conditions, industry standards, and organizational requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute long-term trade marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and revenue goals.
Lead go-to-market execution for new product launches, ensuring strong visibility, positioning, and sales activation.
Define and implement channel-specific strategies across modern trade and general trade to maximize reach and impact.
Plan and execute in-store activations, POSM deployment, and merchandising initiatives to enhance brand presence.
Drive trade promotions, consumer engagement programs, and digital trade activations in alignment with business objectives.
Negotiate shelf space, secondary displays, and gondola placements with key retail partners.
Conduct trade investment and ROI analysis to provide insights on category trends, competitor activity, and shopper behavior.
Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and strengthen relationships with key accounts, retail, and distribution partners.
Conduct regular market visits and trade audits to ensure execution and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3–4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Category Management within the FMCG sector
Strong understanding of shopper marketing, in-store activation, and retail execution strategies
Proven expertise in negotiation and relationship management with modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce players as well as key retail and distribution partners
