We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and oversee the Candyland Division’s sales operations in the North region. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies, managing and developing a high performing sales team, and driving operational efficiency in line with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate regional objectives clearly to the team, breaking them down into actionable goals at the area level.
Drive regional sales efforts to achieve targets, KPIs, and business-building activities, ensuring consistent team performance.
Provide on-the-job coaching, manage performance, and address skill gaps through targeted training opportunities.
Contribute towards attaining operational effectiveness & efficiency of Distributors in the Region and assist in managing the relationships with Priority Accounts, Retail & Distributors.
Align business and people development strategies with national sales goals and organizational objectives.
Ensure that all the trade programs for priority accounts & wholesale are effectively managed through the Regional Field Sales Force, Identify and negotiate with the high potential Regional Accounts
Prepare and justify the regional budget for trade and promotional activities, ensuring efficient execution.
Oversee timely preparation & submission of all documents such as Distributors claims Sales tracking sheets to support smooth operations.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 7 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a proven track record in managing sales teams.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) role, demonstrating success in achieving sales targets.
MBA from a reputable institution. Experience in the confectionery sector is a plus.
