We’re looking for a Production Officer/Engineer who will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all production activities across the assigned line. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth execution of daily operations, workforce placement, quality control, and safety compliance—delivering PMT volumes with minimum wastage.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate all production activities at each step of the assigned line.
-Ensure target PMT volume is achieved efficiently with minimal wastage.
-Manage workforce deployment across workstations within authorized strength.
-Monitor the safe and effective operation of all equipment on production lines.
-Perform physical and sensory checks on incoming raw materials randomly.
-Coordinate with the engineering department for timely fault reporting and line restarts.
-Generate material requisitions and yield confirmations in SAP per shift.
-Frequently check weight, length, and shape of products for quality compliance.
-Support the implementation of GMP, company procedures, and safety protocols.
-Ensure staff are properly uniformed and adhere to hygiene standards.
-Conduct checks for restricted/prohibited items in production zones.
-Generate and submit all required production reports, forms, and data.
-Provide effective training and motivation to subordinates.
