We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Assistant Manager – System & IT HelpDesk to oversee enterprise infrastructure, user support, and helpdesk operations. The role combines system administration responsibilities across Dell and Sangfor HCI, Windows Server, Linux, and Microsoft 365, with leadership in end-user support services. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability of systems, secure IT operations, and prompt resolution of user issues through efficient helpdesk management.

Key Responsibilities;

System Administration & Infrastructure:

• Manage and maintain Dell EMC and Sangfor HCI environments, including virtual machines, storage, clustering, and resource allocation.
• Administer and support Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux servers (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS).
• Oversee Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations.
• Implement and monitor system security measures, patching, and compliance.

Microsoft 365 & Cloud Services:

• Administer Office 365 suite: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Customize and support SharePoint portals, user permissions, lists, workflows, and integrations.
• Manage cloud-based collaboration and communication tools across departments.

IT Support & Helpdesk Operations:

• Supervise daily operations of the IT Helpdesk and ensure timely resolution of user issues (hardware, software, network, applications).
• Provide Level 2 and 3 escalation support for complex user and system issues.
• Ensure SLAs are met and track support metrics using ticketing systems (e.g., Fresh service, Jira, or similar).
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding IT setups including user accounts, email access, system provisioning.
• Create and maintain user manuals, FAQs, SOPs, and internal knowledge bases.

Project & Team Management:

• Plan and lead IT support and infrastructure-related projects, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for service delivery and troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior team members and IT support staff; conduct training and capacity-building sessions.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support roles, preferably in mid to large enterprises.
• Familiarity with endpoint security, backup solutions, and ITIL-based processes.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Dell and Sangfor HCI platforms
• Windows Server and Linux
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
• Office 365, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate
• HelpDesk ticketing systems and remote support tools

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Manager – Networks to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and maintaining enterprise networks using Fortinet, H3C, Cisco technologies, and a strong grasp of network topologies and design. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to ensure stability, integrity, and security of in-house and remote network services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, manage, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network hardware including Fortinet firewalls, • H3C switches/routers, Cisco routers/switches, and wireless solutions.
• Develop and manage network architecture, including LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, MPLS, and SD-WAN.
• Monitor network performance, perform regular health checks, and address latency or downtime issues proactively.
• Implement network security best practices, including firewall policies, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), access control, and vulnerability remediation.
• Lead network-related projects including expansions, migrations, upgrades, and new site rollouts.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues and smooth service delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network assets, topology diagrams, and change management logs.
  Provide Level 2/3 support for complex network issues and escalate as required.
• Conduct regular network capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Train and guide junior team members and ensure adherence to network standards and policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network administration.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN, NAC, DNS/DHCP, and FSSO solutions.
• Good understanding of ITIL-based change management processes.
• Strong experience with:
• Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager)
• H3C switches and routers
• Cisco networking equipment (IOS, Catalyst/Nexus)
• Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
• Network topology design and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds)

Certifications (Preferred):

• Fortinet NSE3 or higher
• Cisco CCNP or CCNA (at minimum)
• H3CSE / H3CNE (a plus)
• ITIL Foundation (a plus)
