IRD Pakistan Jobs Data Entry Officer:
JOB PURPOSE: The incumbent will be responsible to update the Electronic Medical Record system accurately for the endTB project in a timely manner, and facilitate the team in keeping a track of patient enrollment, incentives disbursement, and data completion. The incumbent may require travelling to different sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Making sure that endTB electronic medical records database is updated correctly and in a timely manner, as per the set targets
- Assisting the team in maintenance of files and paper work (clinical and field)
- Liaising with the field team to ensure timely submission, recording, and analysis of field-related data
- Flagging any patients’ treatment and monitoring related issues to ensure timely action from the concerned team members
- Communicate any data-recording related issues to relevant team members and get them resolved
- Providing relevant data and update to DR TB Program team on regular basis
- Coordinating with the field team to remain up-to-date on field incentive disbursement
- Assisting the team in timely submission of payment requisition forms for any reimbursements/ advance adjustments for costs incurred on patient care
- Travel to other endTB sites to help with data recording as required
- Any other relevant task assigned by the relevant line manager
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)
Required Qualification
- Minimum Intermediate
Required Experience
- Experience in data collection and data entry
Required Skills
- Data management
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Good communication skills
- Team player
