Position : LEARNING FACILITATOR
Iqra University is looking for candidates for the position of “Learning Facilitator.” We are inviting applications from candidates who meet the criteria given below:
Position: Learning Facilitator
Location: Airport Campus IQRA University
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Customer Support Services is Preferred.
PURPOSE: The role involves coordinating programs, activities, and services to enhance student support, foster a positive campus environment, and ensure the smooth delivery of services that assist students with their academic requirements.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to enhance and improve student services.
- Coordinate with academic advisors and counselors to provide comprehensive support to students.
- To submit daily class progress reports to the Immediate Supervisor.
- Ensure that class schedules, rescheduling, and make-up class information are promptly communicated to students.
- Assist students, parents, and visitors in navigating the university’s services.
- Help resolve student conflicts and issues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain regular communication with students, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Guide both new and current students through program registration.
- Track and follow up with prospective students from their initial inquiry to program registration.
- Serve as a backup point of contact and liaison between students, faculty, counselors, and parents.
- Ensure faculty are provided with attendance sheets to be submitted for each class.
