We are hiring Manager Industrial Engineering for our Lahore Head Office.
𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐔𝐑𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐄
Create, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing systems through improvement in production processes and making sure that system makes the best-integrated use of men, machines, materials, methods, and measurement / analysis of data.
𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐀𝐋 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒
Review production schedules, specifications, orders, and related information to optimize manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
Conduct capacity planning and resource planning for optimization of overall equipment effectiveness.
Continuously optimizes direct and indirect manufacturing labor and in-plant material flow using industrial engineering methods including line balancing, and time studies.
Estimate production costs and the effects of product design changes on expenditures. Recommend cost-saving measures.
Designs and implements optimal station layouts.
Recommends improvements and/or modifications for the sequence of operations, equipment utilization, and related matters.
Conduct Bottleneck Analysis and Value Stream Mapping.
Supports safety performance of the manufacturing area through the design of ergonomic solutions for the different operations as well as for material handling.
Support in implementing and managing Production and Material Planning software.
Use drafting tools and computer-assisted design software to create the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to clarify maximum efficiency.
Communicate with stakeholders to develop production standards.
Develop plans for new product launches. Provide conversion costs and labor estimates for potential new product programs and/or major initiatives.
𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of ergonomics and applicable industry standards.
Attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and related Planning and ERP softwares.
𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 & 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
A minimum of ten years of industrial engineering experience in a batch manufacturing process is required.
