We are looking for a highly skilled 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 for our Utility and Maintenance Department having more than 7 years of experience in the same field. The position will be responsible for overseeing the operations during their shift, ensuring all mechanical tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and on time.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Supervise and manage mechanical operations during the shift.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of all mechanical equipment and systems.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead and guide technicians and other staff during the shift.
- Report any mechanical issues or incidents to management.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
- BS/DAE (Mechanical Technology)
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
