International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for an experienced and proactive 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗛𝗥 to join its Head Office in 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage core HR operations such as employee records, confirmations, documentation, leaves, and payroll coordination.
• Oversee administrative functions including office support, facility management, and general employee services.
• Support in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and compliance practices.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and organizational structure.
• Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR and admin functions aligned with company standards.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Qualification: MBA in Human Resources
• Experience: 6–7 years in HR (recruitment, operations, and admin)
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office and ERPs.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
