Position: Regional Head North
Location: Lahore
This position is responsible for overseeing operations in the Northern Region, ensuring the achievement of ICAP’s strategic and operational objectives. The selected candidate will report to the Secretary ICAP and be a part of the Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute operational plans for Northern Region functions, including Examinations, Education & Training, Members’ Affairs, Legal & Corporate, Finance, and IT.
- Supervise regional administrative heads, ensuring compliance, internal controls, and policy implementation.
- Represent ICAP in government and non-government forums.
- Maintain strong relationships with ICAP members, corporate sector, education partners, and government departments.
Education, Experience & Skill:
- Fellow member of ICAP with 15+ years of post-qualification experience OR a Master’s in Business Administration/Management (or related fields) with 20+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a C-level position.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities with experience in multi-functional regional operations management.
Remuneration & Selection Process:
