Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources
Experience: Fresh – 01 Year
Job Description: Assist in talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate screening, assessments and interview Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a strong company culture. Assist in HR operations, including onboarding, payroll and employee record management. Work on learning & development (L&D) programs, tracking employee training progress. Assist in dashboards, predictive analytics and ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies.
Desired Competencies: Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS/HCM software is a plus. Strong communication, analytical mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description: Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and handle basic queries Keep the reception area neat, organized, and maintained Schedule meetings, manage meeting room bookings, and coordinate appointments Monitor and record employee attendance using HCM software Process and update leave applications and records through the HCM system
Desired Competencies: Responsible, detail-oriented, well groomed, multitasker, tech-savvy and emotionally intelligent Strong verbal and written communication skills
