CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF SINDH IT COMPANY (SITC)

As the leader of the Sindh IT Company (SITC), you will have the unique opportunity to shape the digital future of Sindh. You will play a critical role in enhancing the province’s digital infrastructure and improving the quality of life for millions through IT-driven solutions. YOU SHOULD HAVE

Master’s degree in Computer Science and / or MBA, ICT, or a related field from a reputable institution recognized by HEC. PhD degree with relevant experience would be preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in large organizations.
Proven leadership experience of at least 10 years in the digital/information technology industry.
A demonstrated ability to drive business growth, lead organizational transformation, and achieve strategic objectives.

Technical Expertise:

Expertise in developing and implementing digital strategies, leveraging emerging technologies, and adapting to market trends.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis. Knowledge of best practices in Corporate Governance, risk management, and operational efficiency.

Leadership and Management Skills:

Strong people management skills with experience in building and nurturing high-performance teams.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build consensus and engage a diverse range of stakeholders, including enterprise clients, government agencies, and non-profits.

Integrity and Emotional Intelligence:

High level of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and impeccable integrity and reputation.
Ability to influence and inspire diverse teams, partners, and stakeholders.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 50 years.
You will be required to submit duly verified educational and experience documents upon request.
The position is based in Karachi.
No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
