We are hiring! Manager – Admission & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute student admission campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Develop and manage marketing strategies to promote academic programs
- Organize school visits, career fairs, open houses, and webinars
- Collaborate with academic departments to align marketing goals with institutional vision
- Handle student queries and provide counseling during admission processes
- Monitor and analyze admission trends and prepare performance reports
- Oversee content creation for website, brochures, and social media platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the education sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and lead a team
