Job Summary:

The Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) – Karachi is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, and expanding the company’s market presence in the Karachi zone. The role involves sales planning, execution, team leadership, and market intelligence to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities to expand market share in Karachi.
Ensure effective implementation of promotional campaigns and trade activities.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
Team Management & Leadership
Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team, including Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and Sales Representatives.
Set clear sales objectives and track team performance through KPIs.
Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
Market Development & Customer Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Conduct market visits to assess competitor activities, customer feedback, and sales trends.
Identify potential areas for expansion and execute plans for new territory development.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Ensure proper stock availability at distributor and retail levels.
Monitor pricing strategies and discount structures.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports for GM Sales and senior management.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers to maintain cash flow.
Coordination with Internal Departments
Work closely with marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
Provide insights on market demand, sales trends, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with the Sales Audit team to ensure compliance with company policies.

Knowledge of sales operations, distribution channels, and retail management
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools forgen software knowledge is plus
