Imtiaz is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented “Executive – HR Operations” to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations at the warehouse level, ensuring smooth workforce management, compliance with labor laws and effective employee relations, contributing to efficient operations within one of Pakistan’s leading and fastest-growing retail chains.

📍 Location: Karachi Warehouse.

🎓 Qualification:

Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

💼 Experience & Skills Required:

3 to 5 years of relevant HR Operations experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance (EOBI, SESSI, PF, etc.)
Experience handling blue-collar and contractual workforce.
Hands-on experience in attendance, shift management and payroll coordination.
Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle employee grievances.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, shift management and manpower deployment.
Manage recruitment and onboarding of staff, operators and other workforce.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime, incentives, and wage processing
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions and employee relations.
Support performance management, training coordination and engagement activities.
Liaise with contractors, labor consultants and government authorities when required.
Support audits and inspections related to HR and statutory compliance
