Key Accountabilities
- To execute day-to-day operational activities efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Handling surrender requests, payment processing, data entry and record maintenance
- Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely customer service delivery and operational accuracy.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Graduate with 1-2 years of experience
- Proficiency in Ms. Office suite
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
