Position: Management Trainee – Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

Plan to create & implement visual displays in store, shelves, product & hot spots display areas throughout the store.
Coordinating with the design team for all seasonal launches, campaign project, and new product launch related communication and tasks ensuring the same is implemented at the store level.
Train store personnel to support & comply with VM image standards & expectations.
Analyze product movement & make suggestions to increase sales, displaying product to encourage cross selling.
Maintain inventory accuracy by working with retail store staff on accounting for display products.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in communication design /fashion marketing & merchandising from a reputable university.
Experience: 0-1 year
Technical Skills: Adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator
Soft skills: Project management skills, good aesthetics skills

Position: Assistant Manager Internal Audit

Responsibilities

Providing support and coordination role with third party auditor in the execution of Process audits.
Perform process audit of retail and E.Commerce Warehouse. Drafting and reporting the observations identified.
Verification of payroll disbursement at warehouses, drafting and reporting the discrepancies identified.
Coordinating with our external auditors for the development of SOP’s and departmental field audits.
Perform investigations as requested on various issues.
Vendor visit, verification of their physical, legal and operational existence, identification and reporting of discrepancies.

Requirements

Experience of minimum 4-5 years with at least 2 years of retail audit experience.
ACCA or CMA qualified
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office

Position: Deputy Manager Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

Prepare periodic financial statement in compliance with the international financial reporting standard and Companies Act, 2017 & underlying Rules and Regulations.
Analyzing all financial reports and assist in improvement and execution process.
Liaison with the external auditors and other external consultant.
Compiling financial report and supervising the month-end closing process, including preparation of reports to the board and other stakeholders.
Responsible to manage complete fixed asset of the organization.

Requirements

CA or ACCA Finalist.
Must have experience of any of Big-4 Audit firms and handling of reporting function in a reputed organization (preferably from FMCG/ Retail).
Exposure of working in the ERP environment & proficient in MS Office.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills and capable to meeting deadlines.
Positive learning attitude and must be a team player.
