Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Conduct in-depth technical assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and experiences relevant to IT and E-commerce positions.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of job requirements.

Interview Coordination

  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to assess candidates for both technical proficiency and cultural fit.

Employer Branding

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the employer brand, specifically highlighting the organization’s appeal to IT and E-commerce professionals.
  • Participate in industry events and forums to promote the company as a desirable employer in the IT and E-commerce sectors.

Data Analysis And Reporting

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.

Collaboration With Hiring Managers

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and provide guidance on market trends and salary benchmarks in the IT and E-commerce industries.
  • Maintain open communication channels to ensure alignment between HR and hiring teams.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT and E-commerce positions.
  • Strong understanding of technology and e-commerce skill sets and the ability to assess candidates’ technical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
  • Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.
