Responsibilities:
*Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance management, employee records, and payroll coordination.
*Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
*Manage employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive work environment and promoting team morale.
*Monitor and address employee grievances and disciplinary issues in collaboration with management.
*Maintain HR reports, track HR metrics, and provide insights to improve HR operations.
*Assist in managing employee benefits and compensation administration.
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
*03 to 04 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
*Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices in retail environments.
*Strong organizational and communication skills.
*Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle sensitive employee matters.
