- No. of Position: 1
- Education: Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Research, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in research, education programs, project coordination, data management, monitoring, or a related field.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Proficiency in statistical and data management tools, including SPSS, KoboToolbox, and MS Excel.
- Strong data analysis, project management, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of national education policies and experience working with government and district-level stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills, with experience using education management systems such as SIS/TIS.
- Willingness to undertake extensive field travel as required by the project.
