ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring a SAP FICO Manager for our Corporate function based in Karachi.
About the role:
As SAP FICO Manager, you will be a motivated, self-driven functional lead who is energised by your team’s success. This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the implementation lifecycle and post go-live support. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting, defining the problem and proposing and create a solution.
You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, user training and internal capability building by providing an understanding of the project scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FICO functional stream for Finance & Controlling and ensure end to end implementation.
- Display strong product expertise/business experience in SAP Central Finance and S/4HANA with specific focus on SAP Finance/Controlling/Accounting and have a strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Ensure the SAP application and system requirements are identified, analysed and documented during the explore phase.
- Optimize Finance Business processes and adopt and implement best practices.
- Support the team in project planning activities and communicate the project progress to the project manager.
- Manage implementation challenges and escalations in a proactive and structured manner.
- Spearhead all financial modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Product Costing/Actual Costing/Material Ledger, Cost Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Centre Accounting.
- Manage key integration points with SAP FICO and other SAP modules, including COPA, ML, New GL, SD, MM, PP, PM, PS and T&E.

- Experienced in functional Finance, Accounting and Controlling processes
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Experienced in stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills
