Requirements:
• The position requires a high level of problem-solving skills related to textiles wet processing (Scouring, Bleaching, Dyeing, Printing, & Finishing) on a micro (individual product/customer) & macro (product range repositioning) level
• Strong communication skills, in particular, the ability to make reasoned arguments, persuade and influence people across all levels of both the internal and external organisation
• Effective negotiation skills with customers & retailers
• Support implementation of marketing strategies
• Set credit limits for the customers & coordinate product forecasting
• Handling technical queries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent relationship management
• Product, customer and competition knowledge
• Proven Sales Management skills
