ICI Pakistan Ltd. is hiring a Production Officer for our Soda Ash Business based at our Khewra Plant..
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring 100% compliance of HSE procedures
- Ensuring smooth plant operation in a sustainable and optimized manner to achieve/surpass budgeted production target without compromising HSE standards and quality of product
- Analysis of process parameters through DCS trends and proactively taking appropriate action to avoid forced majeure
- Maintain close and effective liaison with plant operators and maintenance team for quick troubleshooting and resolution of matters
- Carrying out in-house modifications to improve plant efficiency and operational ease
Other Skills:
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skill, analytical thinking, decision making, time management skills
- Basic computer skills like Microsoft Office, SAP, Outlook etc. are required
