Hyundai Airport is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our automotive aftersales operations, ensure service quality, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive service and aftersales operations, including workshop management.
- Electric Vehicles: Strong knowledge of EV systems, high-voltage safety, diagnostics, and electric vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair quality, and workshop processes.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead technicians and service advisors, manage workshop productivity, and develop team performance.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer handling, complaint resolution, and communication skills.
- Operations: Experience with service KPIs, warranty processes, service scheduling, and parts coordination.
