ICI Pakistan is hiring an Sales Officer for the Industrial Chemicals department of its Chemicals & Agri Sciences business, based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth within assigned business area (B2B and B2C).
- Ensuring effective utilisation of field force and assessing sales potential while allocating targets to SPs and facilitating onward for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
- Controlling and monitoring ethical sales of products and ensuring successful execution of marketing strategies in line with Company HSE&S policies.
- Preparing and executing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasts and building a sales culture and sales-centric atmosphere within the team.
- Conducting market visits to monitor own/team performance and counsel others on areas of improvement. This will ensure monitoring, evaluating, recording, and communicating abilities against set objectives.
- Conducting market research to understand competitors and ongoing trends.
- Providing innovative ideas and suggestions to improve market presence.
- Ensuring the effective coordination with the Supply Chain department and external customers to achieve the business objectives on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Conducting monthly meetings with support functions.
