ICI Pakistan is hiring a Maintenance Officer (Mechanical) for its Soda Ash business, based in Khewra.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance to HSE&S procedures and Skill Improvement Plan in Powerhouse Maintenance.
- Ensuring equipment availability to meet production targets.
- Effectively utilizing maintenance teams and resources.
- Forming and executing maintenance regimes and Root Cause Failure Analysis.
- Maintaining inventory spares for critical machines (pumps, gears, turbines and compressors) to ensure availability.
- Effectively utilizing Capex and CRE (Revenue Expenditure, Inventory and Manpower Overtime).
- Executing improvement projects.
Skills:
- Sound knowledge and expertise in routine maintenance and overhauling of rotary equipment, including multi-stage centrifugal pumps, gearboxes, compressors and steam turbines.
- Ability to multitask and manage various teams at one time.
- Microsoft Office, SAP and Outlook, etc.
- Sound knowledge of engineering standards and codes.
