ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring a Maintenance Manager – Power Services for its Soda Ash business based in Khewra, Jhelum.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and command over Microsoft applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to complete assignments independently and with instructions about the expected results from the guidance of Mechanical Maintenance Manager
- Ability to provide technical direction and on-the-job training to technicians and Maintenance Officers.
- HSE management.
- Familiarity with industrial and engineering standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and within given deadlines.
- Good IR skills and HR management to be able to look after management, non-management and contractor staff.
