✔ Scheduling & Documentation – Arrange meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain secure filing systems
✔ Expense & Budget Management – Process invoices, track office budgets, and create reports
✔ Compliance & Security – Ensure adherence to safety, security, and regulatory standards
✔ Staff & Vendor Management – Supervise administrative assistants and coordinate with vendors
