QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s in Related Field

EXPERIENCE 2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live and pre-recorded content transmission
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live transmissions.
• Schedule and manage 24-hour content using customized software.
• Collaborate with ingest, studio, and other teams to ensure smooth live transmission.
• Maintain records and adhere to broadcast standards.

Key Competencies:

• Prior experience in MCR operations or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., broadcasting, media, communications)
• Strong knowledge of broadcast technology and systems.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with broadcast software and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

▶ Design digital assets (posts, banners, graphics) in line with brand identity.
▶ Collaborate with Video and Social Media Teams for consistent brand presence.
▶ Stay updated on design trends and adapt content for global audiences.
▶ Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
▶ Edit and retouch images/videos to align with brand aesthetics.

Key Competencies:

✔ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
✔ Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
✔ Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative digital design work.
✔ Work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and collaborating effectively.
✔ Knowledge of 3D design and animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
