Hopscotch Pakistan Jobs Manager Sourcing (Woven):HOPSCOTCH a kids wear brand operating since 2014 with 30 outlets all over Pakistan, is looking for a “Manager Sourcing (Woven)”.
Job Location: Head Office, Gulberg, Lahore, Pakistan
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Graduation from HEC recognized local or foreign college.
- At least 8-10 years of work experience in woven garments manufacturing (woven shirts, dresses, bottoms, eastern) and production ideally for foreign and/or western wear companies.
Should have:
- Technical knowledge of woven fabrics construction, treatments, sourcing, and manufacturing processes and technique.
- In-depth knowledge, experience and expertise in running an end to end complicated production process – from fabric sourcing to dispatch of finished product to warehouse.
- Expertise in process management, problem solving, and running a strong data driven process.
- Strong negotiation, problem solving, communications, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong excel, analytical, written, and upward reporting skills.
- Knows how to “get things done”. Very strong execution skills.
- A real go-getter. Need “fire in the belly”.
