We are looking for a Deputy Quality Manager to join our Quality Assurance Team.
Job location: Lahore, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities
Oversee in-line and final inspections across factories and vendors.
Ensure adherence to quality SOPs, AQL standards, and brand specifications.
Provide technical input during sampling and pre-production.
Track vendor performance and support continuous quality improvement.
Maintain quality reports and assist in audits and root cause analysis.
Lead and train internal QA team and external factory quality staff.
Requirements
Bachelors in Textile/Industrial Engineering or related field.
5–7 years in apparel quality assurance, preferably in kids wear and Adult wear.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric behavior, and inspection systems.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office and quality tools.
