Hopscotch Pakistan Jobs Construction & Maintenance Supervisor:
HOPSCOTCH® a kidswear brand operating since 2014, having 36 stores in all major cities of Pakistan, is looking for a “Construction & Maintenance Supervisor” to look after its Construction & Maintenance projects. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for ensuring the construction & maintenance of retail outlets, warehouses, and the head office.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Requires minimum DAE (Civil), or preferably Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the field of construction and maintenance in a reputable organization in a retail business.
- Should have a strong skill set and command of costing, budgeting, and vendor management.
Major Job Duties:
- Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction & maintenance project activities to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to representatives of the owner or developer.
- Direct and supervise related employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors.
- Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems.
- Confer with site personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction and maintenance problems.
