Requirements
- Lead Business Analytics with deep understanding of strategic objectives and KPIs.
- Lead Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives by managing incentive design and implementation, overseeing sales target setting and resource optimization.
- Drive customer PST and sales activity planning.
- Supervise primary and secondary market research.
- Manage the team performance through setting and reviewing priorities. Provide appropriate and timely feedback about performance and coach team members to help them achieve their goals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Business Graduate (MBA preferred)
- At least 8-10 years of experience in the areas of Market insights, Sales, SFE and Business Analytics with minimum 5 years in pharma industry
- Skills: Analytical thinking, people management, Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
- Should be proficient in MS office
