We are hiring Territory Representative/ Sr. Territory Representative
Key Accountabilities
- Effective Product promotion & selling following the Sales Certification Model to engage the doctors.
- Achievement of agreed Sales Targets within the defined territory/ time frame.
- Implementation of Marketing Strategies as per the company guidelines.
- Develop rapport with the Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Regular updating of product/disease knowledge, selling skills and achievement of satisfactory quiz marks.
- New Customer identification and development.
- Manage and monitor Trade Activities at Key Accounts/ Chain Pharmacies
- Manage Distribution Partners KPI’s as per Trade Strategy

Location: Sialkot, Gujrat, Jhang, Kohat
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Graduate – Preferably Science Graduates [B.Sc (Pre-Medical) or Pharm D]
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience of Pharma sales
- Fresh graduates can apply but should have Bachelors in Pre-Medical or Pharm D only
- Fluent in written and verbal communication (Urdu and English).
- Strong interpersonal and creative skills.
- Ability to develop Opinion leaders as Advocate/ Speaker for the Company.
- Planning and Organizing events such as Seminars, Symposia, Round table meetings etc.
- Willing to travel extensively
