Key Responsibilities:

• To achieve and exceed annual agreed sales targets.
• Ensure KOL development and strong follow up through team support.
• Recruit, train and retain stable team in the assigned district.

Required Skills:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Must proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates (Candidates with Life Sciences background will be preferred).
• 5-6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with reputable organizations and already working as DSM/RSM in same area.

National Sales Manager

Pulmonology, Peads, Gynae and Gastro Portfolio

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inspirational leadership to the sales team of assigned division to ensure strong alignment, optimize strategy implementation and sales delivery.
• Responsible for maintaining strong professional relations with KOLs of the assigned division.
• Recruit, train and administer the sales team in order to achieve corporate objectives.
• Ensure 100% execution of the marketing plans through the sales force.
• To achieve or exceed product sales budget and ensure to remain within allocated expense budget.
• Responsible for reviewing and evaluating the sales performance in response to the marketing plan immediately after the closing of each month.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Preferable a Pharm-D with MBA degree.
• Overall 13-15 years of pharma sales experience in a reputable organization in similar portfolio and 2 years experience as a National Sales Manager.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
