Position: District Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate sales budget to the team in accordance with the potential and customer mix at the brick level.
- Ensure that SFE is one hundred percent compliant with the customer’s category and frequency.
- Ensure KOL development and strong follow up through team support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduates (Candidates with Life Sciences background will be preferred).
- Experience: 5 – 6 years of Pharmaceutical sales experience with reputable organizations and already working as DSM in the same area.
- Age: Up to 36 years

- Must ensure Implementation of the Marketing Plans and Promotional Strategies in order to achieve agreed monthly, quarterly and annually Sales Objectives.
- Must ensure both initial and long-term Training and Development of his team (District Sales Manager) in order to develop quality human resource for future positions.

- 7 – 8 years of Pharmaceutical sales experience with reputable organizations and already working as SM in the same area.
