Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies, manage digital content, and optimizes online campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and business growth.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, posts, videos, and campaigns tailored to each platform and target audience.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Run paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage the online community effectively.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing.
- 02- 05 years of relevant experience, preferred in retail industry.
Technical & Non-Technical Skills
- Social Media Strategy Development.
- Content Planning & Content Calendar Management.
- Social Media Advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Social Media Analytics & Reporting.
- Google Analytics & Data Tracking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
