We are actively seeking a Senior Executive Procurement to join our dynamic team!

Key Accountabilities:
-Responsible to look after both imports and local purchases.
-Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable terms for the organization.
-Evaluate and recommend alternative suppliers when necessary.
-Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory guidelines.
-Responsible for the establishment of LC and Bank contracts and raw materials, packaging, and Finished goods.
-Preparation of Purchase Orders in SAP for all raw material and engineering items.
-Posting all kinds of payments in SAP.
-Ensure the financial instrument of each shipment is prepared by the bank in PSW timely.
-Daily update import tracking report and track shipment and take actions if required accordingly.
-Coordination with the clearing agent regarding required documents for customs clearance.
-Coordination with stores regarding delivery intimation and submission of required documents and SAP IBD / Migo entry.
Experience:
2-3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Qualification: Preferably Masters in Supply Chain Management from HEC recognized university
