Highpoint Ventures (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a “Sourcing Manager” to join its team!
Key Responsibilities:
· Negotiate prices, discount terms, or transportation arrangements with suppliers.
· Analyze environmental aspects of competing merchandise when making purchase decisions.
· Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
· Develop cost reduction strategies and savings plans.
· Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
· Collaborate with vendors to obtain or develop desired products.
· Research and evaluate suppliers, based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier’s reputation and history.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Master Degree in supply chain
· Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in the field of sourcing. International experience of import will be a plus point
· Strong knowledge of Import laws and duties on imports
