HiTech Machinery, a leading name in industrial machinery, is looking for a Screw Compressor Engineer to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of rotary screw compressors, which is critical for supporting industrial production and minimizing downtime.
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐:
- Design & development of screw compressors (rotors, bearings, seals, lubrication systems)
- Conduct performance analysis & simulations
- Troubleshoot & resolve compressor issues
- Implement performance improvements & maintenance strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure technical documentation & compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and stay updated on industry trends ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
- Education: Bachelorโs in Mechanical Engineering (Advanced certifications a plus)
- Experience: 5โ10 years in screw compressor design, operation, or maintenance (HVAC, oil & gas, chemical industry preferred) ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐๐๐:
- Technical: Proficiency in compressor analysis software, vibration analysis, and thermodynamics
- Soft: Analytical thinking, communication, and project management ๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ซ:
