Hascol Petroleum Limited Jobs Territory Manager:

Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for Territory Manager to be based at Hyderabad.
The Territory Manager will be responsible for commissioning sites, smooth operations including fuel sales,
coordination with HO for RIDs and NRO’s, ensure all retail outlets according to HASCOL standards and
ensure HSSE SOPs.

Main Job Responsibilities:

Productive retail outlet visits in assigned areas as per the required frequency in a planned manner and
to monitor their performance.

Ensure and monitor exact quality of and accurate quantity of product. Maintain cordial working
relationship with dealers and outlet operators in accordance with the company’s code of conduct.

Perform role of business consultant with dealer on proper management retail outlets on working
capital, inventory management, product loss management, inventory shrinkage, merchandising,
indenting, payment terms and documentations.

Customers handling, supplier records, purchase record, local advertising, promotions and outlet
profitability.

Ensure maximize the results from NFR facilities in the area in terms of quality of execution of
marketing programs, in terms of their performance satisfying customer, maximizing sales profitability
for franchise and the company.

Prepare a touring plan of assigned area on a monthly basis and communicate it to the regional sales
manager in advance.

Report sales performance verses target monthly to senior management. Carry out sales analysis on
daily basis, based on daily dispatch stock report.

Monitor and promote high standards of customer service, housekeeping (Site cleanliness, uniforms of
site staff, paint, branding and attendants training) and safety according to HSSE (Updated firefighting
and safety equipment), merchandising and general operations at retail outlet.

Education: MBA Preferably Marketing
Experience: 3 years of sales experience
