Job Title: Assistant Installation Manager
Education/Qualification: B.SC. Engineering or Equivalent

Experience: Must have at least 5 years of experience at similar position.

Job Responsibility: The incumbent will be responsible to:

Ensure safe and secure operations of the installation that is product filling and receipt operations, installation housekeeping and maintenance, Staff HR, maintaining liaison with internal and external bodies, HSSE,
Administrative and other functions.
Assist in managing installation Operations and Administrative and Staff matters.
Effective Stock management (Receipt and Sales)
Assist in managing smooth Supplies from installation, while ensuring Safe and Secure operations always.
Ensure products quality and quantity at receipt and supply and coordination with Logistics.
Ensure use of measuring equipment having valid calibration at all times.
Assist in maintain minimum inventory level of operational items all the time.
Ensure compliance with HSSE Policy System, SOP’s, conduct training and fire drills ERP, incident, HSSE
Reporting and standards in consultation with Head office HSSE.
Monitor all operational activities, procedures, and safety/controls checks. Apply

Manage installation Operations and Administrative and Staff matters.
Effective Stock management (Receipt and Sales).
Manage smooth Supplies from installation while ensuring safe and secure operations always.
Effective product loss control and gain / loss analysis maintenance, Reconciliation and reporting of Accounts.
Ensure products quality and quantity supply and coordination with Logistics.
Ensure use of measuring equipment having valid calibration at all times.
Ensure compliance with HSSE Policies, system, SOP’s, conduct training and fire drills ERP, incident, HSSE
Reporting and standards in consultation with Head office HSSE.
Monitoring of all operational activities, procedures, and safety/controls checks.
